This is a complex type of storage, which is also lengthy, because here the barrels are stacked on top of each other, so that both old and young vintages are harmoniously combined during bottling in order to mature again together in selected barrels.

The harmonious aroma of the Rum Nation Demerara Solera No.14 that fills the room is carried by sweet notes of molasses, white chocolate combined with fruity facets of bananas and candied fruits. The aroma is completed with nuances of raisins and marzipan and a hint of the scent of a cigar box.

The palate is caressed by a symphony that conquers it with sweet tones of molasses, chocolate and toffee accompanied by gentle notes of herbs - a wonderful taste that is perfectly balanced.

The Rum Nation Demerara Solera No.14 also shows its quality with the finish. Some people find the finish dry at first and are then surprised by a composition that releases wood aromas to the palate and says goodbye to caramel with an intense sweetness. A rum that meets the highest standards.

Distributor Kirsch Import eK, Mackenstedter Str. 7, 28816 Stuhr, Germany
