It is collected by hand by sea salt miners, who, generation after generation, harvest by hand, in the same way as in the 1960s.\u003cbr\u003e Lady Joseph discovered the properties of this sea salt during her summer stays in Brittany and it was always an essential ingredient in her recipes.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eThe flour is milled by hand.
